During her time at Catwalk, Wambugu will complete her second novel No Use, which follows a young woman expelled from an Ivy League university as she navigates love, ambition, and identity in New York City. She will also revise a collection of short stories featuring characters living at the fringes of society, whose humor and detachment reveal the absurdities of modern life.
