Catwalk Institute proudly welcomes Julia Spicher Kasdorf and Steven Rubin, whose collaborative project explores the agricultural landscapes and communities surrounding their Pennsylvania homes through an intimate local lens.

Since 2019, poet Julia Spicher Kasdorf and photographer Steven Rubin have documented the agricultural landscapes and communities within 30 miles of their Pennsylvania homes. Their radically local project explores larger issues including climate change, migrant labor, development, and food insecurity. During the residency, they hope to finalize their art book manuscript.
