Catwalk Supports BOCA TUYA’s Research Residency at Hudson Hall

Catwalk Institute is pleased to provide a home for BOCA TUYA’s visiting artists during their November 10–15 research residency at Hudson Hall. Led by choreographer Omar Román de Jesús, the team includes Rachel Secrest, Jesse Scheinin, and Ali Pfleger.

The residency supports the development of YAHAIRA YAHAIRA, an interdisciplinary project combining dance, music, audiovisual recordings, and documentary film. Responding to events at the Kennedy Center, the work explores institutional memory, political change, and our responsibility to care for one another and preserve our cultural histories.

We are proud to support Hudson Hall’s artistic programming by offering these collaborators a place to rest, connect, and continue their creative work.
