Catwalk Alum Durra Leung Featured in Episodic Theatre Project Season 2

Durra Leung (Chinese: 柯杜華), a China-born, NYC-based musical theatre and opera writer and alum of the Catwalk Institute, is known for his vibrant, multilingual works performed at venues such as 54 Below, Joe’s Pub, and Symphony Space. His credits include a Cantonese adaptation of Thoroughly Modern Millie for Japan’s Toho Company, and the original one-person musical Lullabies for Motherfckers Vol.2*, a deeply personal exploration of identity, family, and mystery.

We’re excited to share that Durra is the Lead Writer for Episode 2 of The Episodic Theatre Project Season 2: Don’t Turn Around Now, a five-part theatrical series set in the quirky small town of Knife’s Point, where coffee, art, and murder are all on the menu. His episode premieres May 1st, directed by Susanna Jaramillo, and promises a night of compelling drama and sharp storytelling.
