Shelley Bower
Ms. Bower has spent her career in service of world-class companies or companies and organizations seeking to achieve that status. She is a fast-paced, results-oriented Business and Law Leader, accomplished in creative problem solving with a wide range of technical, operational and legal expertise. Her career has spanned both the business side and the legal side of businesses, giving her a unique view of operations, strategy, information technology and infrastructure. Companies have included Electronic Data Systems, General Motors Corporation, IBM Corporation, and various smaller companies.
A member of the New York State Bar Association, Ms. Bower holds a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan Technological University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Michigan State University College of Law. Ms. Bower gives back to her community by supporting the Catskill Education Foundation, a charitable organization she helped to found in 2005. She has served on other boards such as Board of Directors, Junior Achievement, Albany, NY, 1996 and the Greene County Bar Association, Officer – Secretary / Treasurer.
Throughout her career, Ms. Bower has received several awards, among them: Who’s Who in America, Northeast, 26th Edition, Who’s Who in International Professionals, 1995, Who’s Who Among Women, 1998, Who’s Who in American Finance and Industry, 58th Edition and lastly the Lifetime Achievement Award from Marquis Who’s Who, 2019.
