Catslair is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house located on the Catwalk property. It can accommodate three individual artists or larger collaborative teams. Common spaces include a large sunroom with scenic Hudson River views, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a small den that can also convert into an additional bedroom.
Catslair is located approximately 0.5 miles from the Main House. Artists may drive between the two locations, with parking available at Catslair, or enjoy a scenic walk through the property's beautiful wooded and landscaped grounds. If you plan to explore the property on foot, we recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes.
